Welcome to Company Seal Maker ("the App"). Before using our services, please carefully read these terms.
These Terms apply to all users who download, install, register, and use the App. Some services require a subscription or paid access, which will be detailed within the App.
The App offers an auto-renewable subscription. Upon subscribing, users receive:
The subscription is billed annually, with the exact price displayed within the App. Payment is charged to the user’s Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours before the billing period ends unless canceled in advance.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in [iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions]. After cancellation, the subscription remains active until the current billing cycle ends.
All subscription payments are processed by Apple. We cannot provide direct refunds. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.

● The App is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service or error-free functionality. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
● The App is intended for personal use only. Any seals generated using the App have no legal validity and should not be used for official, commercial, or legal purposes.
● Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the App complies with local laws and must not use the App for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities. Any misuse is the sole responsibility of the user.
● The App and its developers are not responsible for any legal liabilities or damages resulting from users’ actions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of updates.
