VocAra User Agreement

Effective Date: June 5, 2025

1. Acceptance

By using VocAra ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this agreement and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

3. Usage Rules

• You agree not to use the App to generate or distribute illegal or infringing content.
• You agree not to reverse engineer or tamper with any part of the App.
• You agree not to interfere with other users' use of the App.

4. Subscription and Payment

VocAra offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments are processed via Apple/Google platforms. You may cancel at any time through your platform settings.

5. Content Ownership

All audio files, transcripts, and translations you create remain your property. We will not share them without your consent.

6. Disclaimer

VocAra uses AI-generated results, which may contain errors. Please use them responsibly and verify if needed.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App for violations of this agreement.

8. Changes

We may update this agreement. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the updated agreement.
